Absolutely THE BEST !!!! We the the General Tsao chix and damn the waterchesnut flour makes the flavor crazy good and crunchy. The house pan fried noodles on point as are the veggie spring rolls crispy and delishous and not a hint of greasy. For me the highlight are Quans BBQ baby back spareribs. Why the name no clue. These are baby backs that are meaty tender and a tastebud delight. 2 orders is a must if you're a rib lover like me. Service on point and friendly. This in top notch Chinese cuisine AND is Phantom Gourmet Approved 2 pics were after of noodles and chix were taken after we picked at it lol

Quan's is always one of my favorite places to go for dinner! They have the best sushi. Everything is so fresh and beautifully prepared! Even the wasabi is fresh. The food has never failed to please! Moving on to the service. Again, we've always enjoyed the best servers here. Our most recent server literally could recite any menu item simply by us giving him the number. It was a pretty impressive skill! He also had a great sense of humor while maintaining a smooth, reserved, and dignified manner. The atmosphere speaks for itself as soon as you step into the restaurant. It's very pretty and elegant.

The meal was delicious and the decor was food for the eyes. Met another group in the lot who said they go every Wednesday. Loved it! Clean, friendly staff and the prices are right on.
